Now that the tempreture is -10 c,and the snow is falling down the Redline Bmx Dreamteam Has started up the training in the gym. The work together is split up age under 14,and age above 14,the riders under 14 will get gymnastik training and above 16 will get a training with weights. The whole tandem join up will be coached by Cios Familiar coach,from Fancy 2b Fit Mister Gerard Fijen.
